Thank you for considering Agmech for your trailer requirements, we are very pleased to be able to offer you our extensive range of Contractors Trailers. These Trailers are capable of many years of reliable operation, and are fast becoming the trailer that set the standard! We are pleased that our customers appreciate the features that we added following the years of development work with both customers and our engineers.
What we have aimed to achieve is:-

The ‘Site-master’ range of trailer is designed ‘super’ heavy duty (based on what some manufactures call heavy duty). These trailers are designed to continually shift material every 15 minutes 12 hours a day 7 days a week. This is a new breed of trailer (not just a beefed up farm trailer) with many features specifically designed for the construction industry. The Site-masters all have fast tipping bodies, via the multi staged rams that give 60 degrees of tip with minimum of oil usage.
Full RHS chassis with single beam drawbar member gives high strength and maximum turning circle. All of these trailers are sold with a heavy duty tandem axle, oscillating on a continuous 75mm tensile pin with grease-able bushes fitted to a central lube grease point on the chassis. All trailers are fitted with heavy duty 40mm chassis rear tow points for pulling on if the unit ends up bogged.
With 2 choices of body that are easily decided on :-
1) Fully welded monocoque (bath tube) body is ideal for continuous bulk haulage work, with height of side and body width both optional.
2) Mono lift / off one piece sides are for customers that require the flexibility of being able to reduce the trailer to a flatbed for those ‘other’ jobs and also has side height and width options.
All of the floors are built to withstand the toughest of conditions, with 4mm non rust Corten as standard (we have built these trailer using up to 12mm plate for real heavy going). With the floor sitting flat on the top chassis the 75 x 40 channel cross bearers strategically locking the top chassis to the 12mm side raves. Fixed headboards with extension rails are standard.
Tailgates are remove-able on both body types of body so whether the standard top hinged door or the commercial type double-swing tailgate with hydraulic locking is fitted. Please note that our fully hydraulic up and over door is one of our popular options, Agmech was the first firm to offer this type of European door and has prided ourselves on its success in development work. It is probably the only door on the market that ensures nothing can drop from the trailer whilst in transit on the haul road.
Options like silage kits are still available for customers wishing to use the trailer for the harvesting periods, hauling chopped silage from the paddock to the clamp. Available as a one piece lift off kit or individual bolt together panels. It is fitted with a mesh window at the front (optionally folding), and full rear doors with one third mesh centrally positioned for ease of reversing empty.
Wheel options are best discussed at point of sale starting at 400/60 x 15.5 and go right up to 700/ 45 x 26.5, other options like spring drawbars and road lights are all available on request.
Please note we do have a base specification but generally these trailers are built to suit what you require.
